Kraton™ D4270 JS by Kraton Polymers is an oil-extended branched block copolymer based on styrene and butadiene, with bound styrene in the neat polymer of 32% mass. Acts as an impact modifier. Supplied as dusted crumb. Kraton™ D4270 JS is used for modification of bitumen. It has low viscosity for easy thermoplastic melt processing or processing in solution. It should not be used in any devices or materials intended for implantation in the human body as defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under 21 CFR 812.3(d) and 21 CFR 860.3(d). It is listed on AICS, DSL, IECSC, EINECS, ENCS, KECI, NZloC, PICCS, NECI and TSCA inventory.
