Addocat® DB

Addocat®DB is tertiary amine. Acts as a catalyst for the production of polyurethane foams, e.g. ester-based flexible slabstock foam and rigid foam. It slightly activates the crosslinking reaction. It is often used as a co-catalyst and gives rigid foam a tough and slightly elastic surface, especially in polyester-polyol containing systems. It is used mainly in the continuous production of slab-stock foam with densities higher than 50 kg/m3, on-site casting and continuous production of building boards with flexible and rigid or metal facings. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
