Addonyl® P is Aromatic polycarbodiimide. Acts as an activator during the production of Cast Nylon (PA-12 G or PA-6 12 G). With its use, a longer pouring time can be achieved. The product is easily soluble in molten caprolactam. The caprolactam melt containing the activator is susceptible to oxidation. It has a shelf life of at least 12 months.
