Aktiplast® ST by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a dispersant and lubricant for highly filled synthetic diene rubber compounds. It also exhibits excellent behavior in carbon black compounds. It improves filler dispersion, scorch safety and wet grip property. It reduces energy consumption during extrusion, mixing and processing viscosities. Aktiplast® ST is suitable for compounds containing high-activity silica like tire treads, technical molded articles. It has a shelf life of 3 years and recommended dosage level is 3-5 phr.
