Baymod® A 52 by Lanxess is a highly effective modifier for improving notched impact strength and processability of rigid PVC. It also functions as processing aid. It is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene grafted co-polymer. It is used to modify halogen- and plasticizer-free semi-rigid thermoforming film. The typical application of Baymod® A 52 is decorative film for the lower part of vehicle interiors where it is less exposed to light and heat.
