Rhenocure® LDB/C

Rhenocure® LDB/C by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an ultra-accelerator for the vulcanization of natural-and synthetic rubber like SBR, NBR and EPDM. It can be used in small amounts for secondary acceleration and activation of mixes cured with mercapto or thiuram accelerators. It provides a shorter scorch time, slower total curing time, very good tensile and resilience properties. It disperses easily in rubbers and do not decompose at elevated processing temperatures. It is recommended to add antioxidants specially for NR and IR, for improving the resistance to aging. It is applicable for mechanical goods, footwear, cables, surgical and hygienic articles, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fabric proofing, dipped goods, and self-vulcanizing compounds and solutions. It is also suitable for goods which come into contact with foodstuffs. Rhenocure® LDB/C has a shelf life of 2 years.
