Rhenodiv® D 7641 by Lanxess is a blend of polyols and fatty-acid derivate-based release agent and lubricant for the manufacture of hose. It facilitates the fitting of the hose onto the metal mandrel before vulcanization and its removal after auto-claving. It shows good results in NBR, CM and EPDM rubber compounds.
