Rhenosin® FH 70

Rhenosin® FH 70 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a synthetic plasticizer for mixes based on natural- and synthetic rubber. It enhances the building tack of mixes based on synthetic rubber and processability. It has a good dispersing effect on carbon blacks and light colored reinforcing fillers. It is easy to weigh, dose and is the solidified form of the high viscosity Vulkanol® FH. It is easily incorporate and disperses homogenously in all rubber compounds. It is designed for technical rubber articles, e.g. conveyor belts, raw edge V-belts, roller covers and also in foodstuff quality. Recommended dosage level in NR, NBR, CR, IIR is up to 20 phr and in SBR 5-15 phr. Rhenosin® FH 70 has a shelf life of 2 years.
