Rhenosin® VU 90

Rhenosin® VU 90 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a plasticizer specially designed to improve the low temperature flexibility of NBR and CR vulcanizates. It increases the building tack of the compound, rebound resilience of the vulcanizates and delays the scorch very slightly. It has a little influence on the tendency of rubber goods to swell. It does not affect the rate of vulcanization. It shows compatibility with NR, NBR, CR, SBR, SBR/BR blends as well as CM and CSM. It offers good thermal stability and compliant with food contact approval. It finds application in technical rubber goods based on synthetic or natural rubber, e.g. hoses, seals, buffers, elastic automotive components roller covers and conveyor belting. Recommended dosage rate is 5 to 40 parts by weight. Rhenosin® VU 90 has a shelf life of 2 years.
