Uniplex 84

Uniplex 84 is a general purpose citric acid ester acetyl tributyl citrate (ATBC). Acts as a plasticizer. Shows high efficiency, good softening capacity and moderate gelling behaviour with a large number of polymers including PVC. It is an alternative to non-phthalate plasticizers. It is compatible with a large number of polymers such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) polyvinylidene chloride (PVdC), polyvinyl acetate (PVAc), polyacrylates and cellulose acetate. Used in PVC, PVdC food packaging, PVC children toys and cellulose acetate films.
