Vulkanol® FH

Vulkanol® FH by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter used in the production of technical rubber goods based on synthetic rubber, where high building tack is needed. It enhances processability and low tack property of synthetic rubber. It is applicable in bonding compounds, conveyor belting, V-belts, roll covers and other built-up rubber articles. Recommended dosage level for NBR, CR, NR is 20 phr, for SBR is 5-15 phr and for IIR is 20 phr, based on 100 parts by weight of elastomer. Vulkanol® FH has a shelf life of 2 years.
