LUVOBATCH® EV AB 9864 by Lehmann & Voss acts as an anti-blocking agent. Also, it is a masterbatch with an impressive level of adaptability. Forms ultra-thin, non-migratory film on the surface with good lubricating properties, increased gliding quality and scratch resistance. Prevents individual film layers from sticking together or adhering to machine parts during processing. Ensures process optimization during production and processing of film. Reduces wear on the machinery employed. LUVOBATCH® EV AB 9864 is suitable for EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) films with a high VA (vinyl acetate) content having a strongly adhesive surface which can lead to blocking. Recommended dosing is 5-7%.
