LUVOBATCH® PE BA 9551 mikro

Mixture. Acts as a blowing agent. It is a dust-free, low-cost masterbatch in micro-granulate form comprising both endothermal and exothermal blowing agents. Releases non-toxic gases by means of thermally activated decomposition reaction that occurs during processing of thermoplastics. Exhibits controlled reaction, good dispersion, improved heat & noise insulation, better dielectric properties and improved impact-absorption. Stops gas formation any time when energy supply is interrupted. Offers density reduction (weight reduction). Shows prevention of sink marks during injection molding. Enables production of finer foamed plastics for various applications including decorative effects and lighter plastics. Recommended dosage is 0.5-0.8 phr for foam core pipes, 1.0-2.0 phr for free-foam plates and 1.5-3.0 phr for Celuka profiles. Recommended processing temperature is greater than 170°C.
