Lib Dispersant - 1011

Lib Dispersant - 1011 by Liberty chemical is copolymer with oleochemical derivative. Acts as a dispersing agent. Offers very good dispersion results in single pigment or MOC masterbatches for textile and non woven applications, and in high (above 35%) loaded pigments masterbatches for multilayer films, hence eliminate poor spot from poly films. Gives low FPV results at low LDR (let down ratio) with very good color strength. Provides extra power for reducing the COF hence increase the output rate of products. Available at very good CPR (cost and performance ratio). Shows compatibility for PE, PP, PS, group polymers. Exhibits ease in blending or mixing due to its free flow property and remarkable results in improvements of die lip/carbon formation problem and melt facture at end applications. Lib Dispersant - 1011 is used for applications like single pigment/MOC masterbatches for critical application (i.e. multilayer films, nonwoven and textile masterbatches, wax based masterbatches or MOC (mono organic compounds), high performance thermoplastics compounds.
