Libaid T-2

Blend of fattyacid metal soap and amide. Acts as a unique processing aid developed for applications where filler/pigment need to be dispersed uniformly in polymer matrix. Possesses sites available for hydrogen bonding and therefore able to act as a physical coupling agent between polymer systems and a range of filler materials. Provides various advantages in polyolefin compounds like improves flow at processing temperatures, better dispersin of fillers and additives, better surface appearance, easier mould release in many systems including TPE systems. Offers many advantages in color masterbatches like better compatibility with all olefinic thermoplastics, improved dispersion properties of hard to disperse organic and inorganic pigments, allows high pigment loading with improved dispersion properties. Used for applications like furniture compounds, color masterbatches, highly filled TPO and TPE compounds, highly mineral filled masterbatches/compounds, antifabrillation compounds, filled styrenic compounds.
