Libnol -40

Libnol -40 by Liberty chemical acts as an effective viscosity depressant for PVC plastisol. Used in the manufacturing PVC leather cloth by spread coating technique. Stiffness of leather cloth improves as primary plasticizer is replaced by Libnol-40. Its cost gets decreased as viscosity and thickness is controlled as desired. Improves the finished and feel. It also helps in dispersion of pigments and fillers. Libnol -40 gives better surface and gloss.
