Libnol G-151

Libnol G-151 by Liberty chemical is fatty acid ester. Acts as good dispersing agent for colors in dry blends and/or concentrates in various thermoplastics such as PP, nylon, as a very good lubricant which increases the flow of resin to achieve easier filling of deeper recesses and sections in the mold, and also acts as a mold release agent to improve release properties during molding operations. Possesses unique property of solubility in styrene and hence highly suitable flow improver in manufacturing of PS/SAN and HIPS. Improves flow in hard to reach mold areas. Libnol G-151 provides rheological properties inherent in molding powder. Serves as a carrier wax in manufacturing of styrene masterbatches.
