Trilene® Freeflow™ CP1100

Trilene® Freeflow™ CP1100 by Lion Elastomers is a blend of low molecular weight ethylene-propylene liquid polymer (68%) and silicon dioxide (32%). Acts as a processing aid. Helps in achieving higher output, decreasing down time and reducing scrap. Incorporates quickly and thoroughly into various elastomer systems and adds functionality to EPDM, BR, NR, SBR and other elastomers for printability without surface treatment. Helps in mixing and compounding. Eliminates melt fracture, decreases mixing times, decreases injection, compression, transfer, blow molding & roto molding time, saves energy and speeds up extrusion output. It is a dry, free-flowing white to light tan colored powder. It is easy to measure, store and transfer. Trilene® Freeflow™ CP1100 is suitable for plastic and rubber processing.
