Poly DNB®

Poly DNB® by LORD is a poly-p-dinitroso benzene (DNB) in wax (rubber conditioner). Act as a processing aid, dispersing agent and an adhesion promoter. Imparts age resistance and improves green strength and processing safety. It has a broad temperature range and is electrically resistant. Poly DNB® improves filler dispersion, enhances filler-polymer interaction and improves fabrication properties. It is durable, decreases stress relaxation and improves vibration isolation characteristics. Compatible with EPDM and butyl rubber. Recommended for use in the manufacture of inner tubes, curing bladders, molded goods, mechanical goods, wire/cable covers, electrical blankets, membranes, hose, tank liners, gaskets, tapes and load bearing pads.
