Solplus™ D580 by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymer. Acts as an anti-separation agent and dispersant. Improves the homogeneity of mixtures in order to enhance the workability, product consistency, pigment dispersion and stability in liquid organic media. Used for low shrinkage additives and thermoset resins. Suitable for use in SMC/BMC compounds. Typical dosage of Solplus™ D580 ranges from 0.5% to 1% depending upon the weight of resin mixture. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
