Ease Release® 2300

Heavy-duty silicone release designed to release molded parts from deep draw molds. Mainly used for polyurethane elastomers and rigid foams, but also effective on steel, aluminium, epoxy RTV silicone rubber mold material. Cleaned parts molded are bondable and can be painted. Effective over a broad temperature range from 70°F to 500°F. Offers a precise duplication of mold details, a glossy finish, a reduced mold build-up, an increased productivity. Solvent carrier : dichloromonofluoroethane, dimethylmethane butane. Very fast drying rate. Not flammable. Excellent wetting quality.
