Ease Release® 500

Release agent and dry lubricant for casting and molting systems such as polyurethane elastomers and foams, epoxy resins, polyester resins, rubbers, thermoplastic polymers and phenolic resins from aluminium, chrome, epoxy polyester, rubber and steel molds. Provides an excellent surface finish to molded parts. Contains no silicones or oils. Effective over a broad temperature range from 70°F to 500°F. Non staining, non migrating. Inert with outstanding thermal and chemical stability. Provides excellent surface finish to molded parts. Solvent carrier : dichloromonofluoroethane, dimethylmethane, butane. Very fast drying rate. Not flammable. Excellent wetting quality.
