PPA PE F5

PPA PE F5 by Manntek is polymer processing aid masterbatch. It is made of 5% of fluoropolymer and LLDPE as a carrier. It is suitable for PE extrusion applications such as PE film (LDPE/LLDPE), sheet and pipes. It acts as the interface between molten polymer and metal surface of extruder's barrel and die. It coats the metal surface with fluoropolymer and the coating reduces the friction at the resin/metal interface. It eliminates the die build up & melt fracture, lowers the die pressure allowing the high throughput and improves gloss and surface smoothness. It reduces the gel formation during extrusion, haze and the die lines. PPA PE F5 is recommended for use in HDPE applications.
