ALKAMIX™ MB-6005

Combination of slip and antiblock masterbatch based on a low density polyethylene carrier. It is formulated with slip additive (Erucamide) at a concentration of 8 % and antiblock additive at a concentration of 25 %. It can be added to linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) during extrusion to reduce the film blocking and coefficient of friction. Its recommended addition level is between 1- 2 % and for conformance to the requirements to the United States food and drug administration regulations CFR21 is 2.5%.
