Hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is a 20% concentrate of an effective ultra-violet (UV) light stabilizer in polyethylene carrier. It has low volatility and high resistance to extraction. It can be added to PP and PE during extrusion to provide protection against the degradative effects of UV radiation (ie. during outdoor weathering).
