SDAOM by Marshall Additive Technologies is an ammonium octamolybdate-based high purity flame retardant and smoke suppressant for polymers. It can achieve reduced levels of smoke with high levels of flame retardancy in rigid & flexible PVC. It is used in urethanes, elastomers and other polymers. It is also used in transportation, construction, wire & cable market where stringent smoke and flammability standard such as UL 910 & ASTM#E-84 must be met. SDAOM is designed for use in jacketing, insulation for plenum & riser, profiles, wall coverings and upholstery for high-risk buildings and extrusion for subways & aircraft interiors.
