Benetex® OB-1 HP

Benetex® OB-1 HP by Mayzo is Benzoxazole,2,2'-(1,2-ethenediyldi-4,1-phenylene)bis-. Acts as an optical brightener, fluorescent whitening agent. It is heat resistant, solvent soluble, chemically stable and provides brighter looking colors in plastics. Exhibits good light fastness and low volatility, exceptional whitening properties, resistance to heat, is FDA cleared for use in all polymers, highly compatible with a wide range of organic substrates and solvents. Benetex® OB-1 HP is compatible with PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, cellulose acetate, polystyrene, polycarbonate, acrylics, polyurethane, linear polyester, and polyamides (nylon). Recommended dosage level is 0.0005-0.001% in unpigmented polyolefins and between 0.005-0.1% in other substrates. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
