DINP is a di-isononyl phthalate grade. Acts as a plasticizer. It is a clear liquid (no material in suspension) obtained from isononyl alcohol and phthalic anhydride esterification. Exhibits low specific gravity, low volatility and good permanence. Shows wide variety of beneficial properties, both during processing and in finished products. Suitable for film & sheeting, injection molding and profile extrusion. Possesses almost unlimited shelf life when properly stored in closed containers.
