Micro White PPA 44

Masterbatch containing 3% fluoro complex with LLDPE as carrier. It is a very efficient polymer processing aid designed to improve both processing and end product quality. It is recommended for LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE at low MFI where the processing is more critical. It allows the usage of a smaller die gap. It is used to protect PE chains from breakage, especially when processing at high shear that normally decreases mechanical properties and to prevent melt fracture with improved optical properties. It is also used to decrease die deposits and friction inside the extruder resulting in higher output / lower power consumption with the increase in screw lifetime while using abrasive material. All material used in it is listed in the positive list for food application.
