Hyperform® HPN® 210 M

Hyperform® HPN® 210 M by Milliken is a high performance nucleating agent for polyethylene. It improves the mechanical performance of HDPE to levels approaching those of polypropylene (PP) impact copolymers. It increases flexural modulus from 20-70%, heat distortion temperatures go upto 10-40°C and cooling cycles improves by 10-20%. It provides improvement to the physical and thermal properties as well as reduced warpage and faster cooling cycles. It imparts a novel orientation to PE, causing crystalline lamella to orient in the machine or flow direction rather than form large spherulitic structures, this aids the reduction in shrinkage. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Hyperform® HPN® 210 M is used in waste containers, totes, crates, pallets, and packaging applications.
