Milliguard™ AOX

Milliguard™ AOX by Milliken is an antioxidant for polyurethane. It is a reactive, polymeric carbon-centered radical scavenger that protects thermoset polymers from oxidation degradation. It reduces scorch related scrap enabling the use of non-halogenated flame retardants. It enables higher quality of foams through reduced discoloration by hindered phenols and amines or NOX gases. It increases quality of foams containing natural oil polyols. Milliguard™ AOX is recommended for furniture and bedding with flame retardants (to meet CA 117 requirements), automotive flame laminated grades, stay white foam and intimate apparel.
