Calcium Carbonate or Calcite

Natural calcium carbonate also known as calcite. Acts as mineral filler. It is a chemically inert, inorganic mineral extracted from mines and refined into several granulometric ranges. It is a white, odorless insoluble powder. It is incompatible with acids and ammonium salts that can be oxidized by ultraviolet and the infiltration of acid rain changing into calcium sulphate. It improves mechanical properties and increases resistance and hardness.
