LUBMER™ L5000

LUBMER™ L5000 by Mitsui Chemicals is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) for lightweight gears and bearings. Used as a tribology modifier of engineering plastics or a replacement for PTFE. Exhibits high mechanical properties, low friction and high processability. It can reduce a squeaking sound with a variety of materials. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, co-extrusion or insert mold. Improves durability due to high abrasion resistance. LUBMER™ L5000 contributes to increased product efficiency and total cost reduction.
