MIPELON™ XM-221U

MIPELON™ XM-221U by Mitsui Chemicals is an anti-blocking agent. It is designed for film applications. It is an easy to mold, halogen free, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade with spherical powder shape, low friction and narrow particle size distribution. It exhibits high mechanical properties, uniform dispersion and innovative processability. It decreases the coefficient of friction and prevents bleed out over time, unlike other slipping agents. Also, improves the sliding property, makes the rubber stronger to wear thus enhancing the durability of the product. MIPELON™ XM-221U offers enhanced abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance, low to none water absorption. Also, displays antiscratch properties. It is food contact acceptable.
