Niax™ antistat AT-30

Niax™ antistat AT-30 is a unique fluorine-free anti-static additive. In comparison to common available anti-static additives Niax antistat AT-30 provides foam with no discoloration and good anti-static properties distribution across the bun. It provides long term aging of anti-static properties. Requires a relatively low use level relative to competitive products. Provides little or no impact on foam catalysis and therefore provides excellent processing. Offers low viscosity for ease of handling, pumping and metering. Reduces electrostatic charge buildup in flexible slabstock foams for packaging applications which require meeting ASTM D-257-75 and MIL-B81705B-2. Can be formulated into polyurethane slabstock formulations for packaging foam applications which demand excellent static decay values and surface resistance. When using Niax™ antistat AT-30, the water content must be taken into account for TDI index calculation.
