Niax™ catalyst C-8 by Momentive is a tertiary amine catalyst. It is a strong base and is soluble in water and most organic solvents. Can be useful in a wide variety of foam applications, due to its outstanding performance and strong gel activity. Recommended levels for Niax™ catalyst C-8 are 1 to 5 PHP when used as the main catalyst in PUR.
