Silquest™ FR-693 Silane

Silquest™ FR-693 Silane by Momentive Performance Materials is used as a coupling agent for halogen-free, flame retardant (HFFR) filled polyolefin and elastomeric compounds. Its applications include the manufacture of compounds for HFFR insulation and jacketing. Allows high loadings of hydrated minerals without negative effects. Offers good flame-retardancy and very good electrical properties. Improves mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, flexural strength, and improved dispersion of fillers. Silquest™ FR-693 Silane improves heat deformation resistance, higher impact resistance, and environmental stress crack resistance.
