XL-PEarl® 70 Blend by Momentive Performance Materials is high performance silane crosslinking system. Used for crosslinking halogen-free flame-retardant compounds and semiconductive compounds. Does not react chemically with carbon black. Offers very good grafting with ethylene copolymers and low sensitivity to moisture. XL-PEarl® 70 Blend contains a metal deactivator to give protection against copper oxidation.
