Dicumene by MPI Chemie is a flame retardant synergist for polystyrene. It is a radical source in combination with brominated aliphatic hydrocarbons or brominated polymeric alternative products. Dicumene does not decompose during polymerization or extrusion processing. It is used in polypropylene applications.
