LS-2020

LS-2020 by MPI Chemie is a high molecular weight, block oligomeric hindered amine light stabilizer. It shows excellent polymer compatibility and high extraction resistance. This additive possesses narrow molecular weight distribution. It is suitable for consistent performance in use and processing. It prevents degradation and gives plastics the required resistance to light, temperature and weathering. LS-2020 provides superior light/thermal stability and improves ancillary properties & polymer processing. It is effective for olefin copolymers such as EVA and blends of polypropylene with elastomers. Also, used in polyacetals, polyurethanes, flexible & rigid PVC, PVC blends and certain styrenic elastomers. Recommended for polyamide connectors, PP small appliances, PA/PBT electrical components, wire & cable elastomer jackets, HDPE & LDPE power cable jackets, PP/LDPE low-voltage cable insulation & jackets and PP & PE film & thin wall packaging applications. Also, used in returnable crates, heavy duty packaging, artificial turf, indoor/outdoor PE monofilament/tapes, sports indoor/outdoor PA & PP monofilament/tapes, automotive PA & PP fibers, PA building & construction, PA & PP carpet & upholstery, air filtration PP nonwoven, construction fabrics and geotextile agriculture applications. And, used in building membranes and pipes & fittings products.
