AO-1330

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by MPI Chemie
AO-1330 by MPI Chemie is a sterically hindered primary phenolic antioxidant for processing and long-term thermal stabilization. It inhibits the formation of free radicals thereby enhancing the photo- and heat-stability of polymers. AO-1330 is an effective stabilizer for organic substrates such as polymers, synthetic fibers and elastomers. It protects against thermo-oxidative degradation. This additive shows good compatibility with most substrates and high resistance to extraction. It offers excellent dielectrical properties. It is used in polyolefins like polyethylene, propylene, polybutene for the stabilization of pipes, molded articles, wires & cables and dielectric films. Also, used in engineering plastics such as linear polyesters, polyamide, styrene homo- & copolymers, PVC, polyurethanes and elastomers. Recommended for polyolefin applications requiring good water extraction resistance combined with low color development.
