UV-3030 (MPI Chemie) by MPI Chemie is cyanoacrylate-based UV absorber with low volatility. It imparts light stability to engineering polymers. It reduces the absorption of UV rays by the polymer matrix and hence reduces the rate of weathering. UV-3030 possesses maximal thermal stability, minimal volatility and no inherent color. It shows good compatibility with the production process and excellent stabilizing effect. It is used to stabilize highly transparent polymers with high extrusion temperatures. It is particularly suitable for PET and PC co-extrusion. UV-3030 (MPI Chemie) is recommended for electrical components, PC housings & frames and building applications.
