Nurchem DPG-80 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is N,N’-diphenyl guanidine-based primary accelerator for NR and SBR. It is a foam-stabilizer in silico-fluoride foam process. Moreover, it is a stabilizer for CR. It is mainly used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for thiazoles and sulphenamides. It contains EPDM/EVM binder. It offers faster cure rates and better mechanical properties in general purpose elastomers. Nurchem DPG-80 is mostly used for dark or black color products. The shelf life is 2 years.
