Nurchem MBTS-75 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is 2,2-dibenzothiazole disulfide-based general quasi-ultrafast accelerator with excellent processing safety. It can be used with dithiocarbamates to avoid scorching. Thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines can activate NURCHEM MBTS-75. It has EPM/EVM as a binder. It is a retarder for processing and vulcanization of CR compounds. Its vulcanizate has an excellent heat-aging resistance. Recommended for heat-resistant industrial products, cable jackets, insulating layers and solid rubbers. The shelf life is 1 year.
