Silane USi D1301

Silane USi D1301 by Nanjing Union Silicon Chemical is N-ß-(amino-ethyl)-?-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. It acts as an adhesion promoter in glass-fiber reinforced and filler-modified plastics in which it reduces the filler's sedimentation tendency. It improves dispersibility and numerous mechanical properties (e.g. flexural strength, tensile strength, modulus of elasticity) of the composites. It’s use in these materials leads to improved resistance to water (vapor) and corrosion. Electrical properties, such as volume resistivity and the dielectric constant, are also positively influenced. Silane USi D1301 is applicable as a finish or size constituent. Also in various types of foundry resins as an additive and for pre-treatment of fillers, pigments or as an additive in mineral-filled polymers (composites).
