Silane USi SL25

Silane USi SL25 by Nanjing Union Silicon Chemical is 2-Isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane. It acts as an adhesion promoter in silicone rubber and as a modifier in alkoxysilyl cross-linked fluororesin fluid. Silane USi SL25 is a new type of bifunctional agent with isocyanato group and triethoxysilyl group, that can be easily hydrolyzed and cross-linked. The dual nature allows it to bind chemically with both inorganic materials (glass, sand and fillers) and organic polymers (thermo-sets, thermo-plastics). By adding it into the rubber, the mechanical properties of the vulcanized, in particular the elongation properties and the abrasion resistance are improved without the difference in rebound resilience.
