Sebacic acid di-2-ethylhexyl. Is a cold-resistant plasticizer and a synthetic lubricant. It has good plasticization efficiency, and good retention property with less volatility, migration, extraction due to soap, etc. It has excellent lubricating property, viscosity characteristic, flash point, vapor pressure and heat resistance compared to DOZ. Used in electric wires and synthetic rubbers. Listed in TSCA and 2-879 (ENCS/ISHL) Japan.
