Actmix® CaO-80GE F200

Actmix® CaO-80GE F200 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a calcium oxide. Acts as a defoaming agent. It contains 20 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It avoids spongy defect in the presence of vapor when rubber products are continuously extruded and vulcanized in the absence of pressure due to generation of calcium hydroxide when CaO absorbs vapor. It is also suitable for foam products, especially micro-porous spongy rubber products due to more homogeneous foam structure. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Actmix® CaO-80GE F200 recommended addition level is 2-10 phr.
