Actmix® OBSH-75GE by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a diphenyloxide-4,4’-disulphohydrazide. It is an organic foaming agent. It contains 25 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It is activated at 150°C and release nitrogen. It can be reduced by addition of proper foaming activators. Its quality can be promoted to an extreme by logical design and matching of foaming and vulcanizing rates. Actmix® OBSH-75GE is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Used in various foam rubber products. Its recommended dosage rate is 2-15 phr usually.
