Norac® EL-10

It is an ester. It is used as a highly compatible and efficient all purpose internal lubricant for rigid PVC products. It appears as off white powder or beads. It has a max hydroxyl and acid value of 15 and 3 respectively with the melting temperature ranges from 60°C to 70°C. Applicable in RPVC injection molding; extruded, calendared and foamed profiles along with the sheets, clear and opaque; bottles. It allows better melt flow. Recommended used level is 0.5 – 1.5 phr.
